I do not understand why you had difficulty finding online information. I did a quick google search and found numerous YouTube videos and other resources on the winterization procedures for various Cruiser RV models. Winterization and dewinterization will be the similar for most Cruiser models and for most RVs in general. Here is one example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GV5b0xxwdjM
Even without any online information, troubleshooting should be easy. If you have filled the tanks and the pump keeps running without stopping, you should be able to find where the water is going. Obvious possibilities would be out one of the low point drains or out of the HW tank. Those fixes should be obvious. In addition you need to be sure that the HW bypass valve is in the correct position.
