My comfort runs out well before things fall apart in the motorhome. Washboards are no fun to ride on with a class C. I've had more difficulty with big transitions on corners causing enough rocking to dump out cabinets etc. than with washboards and rough roads causing trouble.
It's not a bad idea to periodically go around and check/tighten every screw you can find, regardless of the smoothness of the driving.
I would tend to avoid roads with loose rocks large enough to get wedged between dually tires if at all practical, even if they're relatively smooth.
