Yep - hose cut off to keep folks from sitting there flushing while others wait. Also keeps people from connecting to fill their fresh water..........ick. Cannot imagine the contamination by those who jam the hose down their black hose.
Pull in dump black, dump a quick bucket down the toilet, dump grey and move on if there is anyone waiting. Flush/rinse your tank when you you are in a campground.
Worst wait I ever had was behind a guy using his macertaor to dump for 20+ minutes................ Simply a matter of courtesy. Cleaning your black tank is NOT necessary each and every time.
