Look under Coachmen by Forest River. This one is listed at $75,900 for low retail and $91,450 for average.
I'd suggest finding out what the MSRP is for a new one, multiply by 75% and figure I'd be paying somewhere below that price. It is practically a new unit as they almost all have 2,000 miles from delivery. You shouldn't pay the same as a new one because it has been used and it has less than a full warranty that you'd get with a new one. That logic probably won't work for the seller because he is likely upside down big time on this one.
