I understand why you are asking questions so don't worry about asking too much! You need to do some more research. Google the model and see what is out there at other dealers and how they are equipped and priced. You can ask the dealer if the unit is theirs or a consignment. I don't see why they wouldn't tell you. If the dealer owns it, the original owner took a bath trading in a unit during the first year depreciation hit. You can also get a quote from RV Wholesalers or other wholesaler of new units to see what they'd charge for a similarly equipped unit. The dealer may be able to show you that they paid close to their asking price but you have no way of knowing how much the buyer paid for the new unit. Bottom line is don't pay top dollar for a used unit when you can get a new one for less. That will bite you when you go to sell it.
NADA and other price guides are kind of useless with a practically new unit. Search Coachmen dealer inventories and see if you can find what you want new and then compare.
