At the end of the day, we felt we got a great deal and I know we will enjoy the hell out of it.
I've been with my father when he has bought many cars....he was a tough negotiator. Would not hesitate to walk away. I followed the same suit. My wife hated going with me...We would got to 10 dealerships and walk out of 9 of them with nothing...hours spent back and forth....then one day, several years ago...my father and I were talking about buying cars. I couldn't believe my ears. He said that a good deal is when the buyer and seller are happy. What!? After all that time of headaches and trying to get the lowest price possible, he softens up and gives the best advice ever? Well now it's my motto.
The worse thing to do is to ask what others pay for their units or to listen to what others say they paid for it. It's like finding out that a coworker makes more money than you. Enjoy what you did, what you have and never look back and second guess.
