Donation only dumpsite...How much is fair?
Dump site ran by Charity. Sign reads, "This facility is maintained by Lions Club...Donations only, Thanks". OK,...General consensus on how much is "fair"?

....and your 'old' definition is getting 'old'. Perhaps the person was able to buy that RV because he was thrifty and never went into debt. :)
$10 seem to be the going rate for dumping without staying in a RV park. The Lions Club does good work.
