Dry camping
Some of the sites I will be staying in will have no hookups, and I am there for 4-5 days. Where do I go to fill water tanks, empty gray/black tanks?

As 2gypsies says, unless you have very small tankage; if you use water conservation techniques 4-5 days for 2 people should not be a problem. On the
electric side a pair of 6v golf cart batteries and conservative use of lighting and you will be good.
