Dumping at Campgrounds and Flushing Black Water Tank Too

We find the easiest and fastest way to do a flush of the black tank is to dump a 5-gallon bucket of water down the toilet at the end of the black water flush... dislodges all the solids under the toilet.

If there's a line at the dump, we do just one bucket and go (I'm inside waiting with the bucket til I hear my hubby tap on the wall).

If there's no line, we do a second and sometimes a third bucket -- until the water runs clean (we have a clear plastic elbow on our sewer hose).
