You have your own septic tank. The OP wants to put it in a storm drain/curb drain.
From what I am reading, the OP is saying that he has a sewer clean-out, not a storm drain. When they put sewers in my area, I had them put a clean-out near the street and use it all the time to dump. It goes right into the sewer with the rest of the unmentionables from our house. It works fine, but I have it within 5' of the curb. Sounds like without a macerater it would be a chore for you.
