If your sister has a house on the property there should be a sewer cleanout. You can run the macerator hose to the cleanout connection and pump the waste into the sewer. That will save having to haul the stuff.
If no sewer cleanout then the above suggestions are the way to go.

Stayed at sisters......it was 75' with 2' incline to the closest cleanout.
Used a portable Flojet macerator and a 3/4" hose. Worked great!
I heck of a lot easier than trying to drag the tote thru soft sandy soil, hookup to clean out, dump and repeat 4X each week....:S
As suggested....no clean out. Use macerator to pump into tote sitting in back of truck bed.
