I just place the empty tank in the truck bed, use the macerator pump to fill it, drive to the dump station, attach hose to the other port, let gravity take care of of the blue boy emptying.
Fresh water, I'm sure someone can come up with a decent solution. If the TT is on property, perhaps put a large tank on a tote wagon, haul it to a faucet, fill it up, then use some type of 12 volt pump to move the water from the wagon to the fresh water fill on the RV?
