Rentals take a lot of abuse - BUT they are made to take it. They also are maintained - with records to back it up.

Buying a RentalYou may hear from some people on here "I'd never do that!" But check out real info - not hearsay - and make an informed decision. For what you want to do - use a few months then resell - it may be a good option.
