Skip anything with less than 8 lug nuts. F-150 is borderline capable, meaning some models are and most are not, for towing a 5k dry TT over 3 months. Taco? No way. The compromises of a 3/4+ ton truck are primarily non towing, which is little % of miles with a cross country 3-month trip. And nearly any 2010+ 3/4 ton can tow nearly any travel trailer. No worrying about if it has the right axle ratio, towing package, etc. They can be equipped with heated/cooled leather seats, navigation, etc just like the less capable trucks. And the comfort level while towing will be significantly higher with the stronger frame/suspension and less likely to break down. I also recommend the diesel for you vs. gas to improve on that comfort.
