I am not sure you have a clear understanding of your RV's electrical system. You need to know what runs on 12v and what runs on 120V.
usually your lights and maybe a bathroom fan will run on 12V supplied by batteries.
Pretty much everything else - outlets, AC, Microwave, etc - all run on 120v which requires shore power.
You can't make your AC fan only, run on 12V. it's not wired that way. Your entire AC unit, fan only or not, runs on 120V which requires shore power.
You "may" have a bathroom vent fan that runs on 12V. It won't cool much and it won't run verfy long on batteries alone.
Shore power, solar or some other means is required to recharge your batteries and that must be done before they reach 33% capacity or you risk shortening their life and charging ability.
In order to know what you can run, you need to know the amp hours of your batteries and the amp draw of what you plan on running. This will tell you your capacity.
