Don't be timid when getting the demo by the dealer. You are paying for their services to get you on the road safely so ask if you don't understand something. The suggestion to video tape the session is an excellent one as you will be getting a ton of information. Also, you will get a very large pile of manuals from the various manufacturers of equipment in the RV. Take the time to read through them.
