So many possibilities, see a Doc and vent your RV now. High levels of CO can make you dizzy, give you headaches or cause flu-like symptoms. Symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning include: Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue, Shortness of Breath and Nausea.
Get your Carbon monoxide detector checked or just buy a new one. You should also have a Propane gas detector, same as above checked or new, they don't last forever. Same as your smoke detector.
As mentioned mold could be an issue too.
