- Y-GuyModeratorSo many possibilities, see a Doc and vent your RV now. High levels of CO can make you dizzy, give you headaches or cause flu-like symptoms. Symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning include: Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue, Shortness of Breath and Nausea.
Get your Carbon monoxide detector checked or just buy a new one. You should also have a Propane gas detector, same as above checked or new, they don't last forever. Same as your smoke detector.
As mentioned mold could be an issue too. - coolbreeze01ExplorerIf you have a pet, is it also sick? Good luck.
- coolmom42Explorer III would immediately suspect a carbon monoxide or propane leak, especially if you start to feel better outside.
Sanitize your water system!
Search hard for mold. Pull up carpet if you have it.
But see a doctor ASAP! - Roy_LynneExplorerFirst, I would do as the others have suggested and get medical advise from someone other than folks on a forum. Then I would check into a motel for the night and see if that doesn't help. If it does, you know its something in the rig. Do you have a carbon monoxide detector and does it work. Second, is it a brand new rig as it might be akin to Sick Building sickness and your allergic to the various chemicals they use like formaldehyde. Is it an older rig? Then I would check for carbon monoxide or mold. Mold can be really hard to find so your going to have to get the bleach bottle out and start around the plumbing but continue around the windows and vents. Keep us informed as its a crappy way to start an adventure.
Edit: I see that its used so never mind the new part BUT if you had any new furniture added, or any work done. Check the mattress for mold also and get a new one. Amazon has them for a few hundred dollars.
Are you using the generator? Could gases be getting in from it? I hope your not using the generator at night when you go to bed, but I see your new to this forum and possibly new to RVing and might not know, we don't use the generator while sleeping. - midnightsadieExplorer IIand find out where this rv came from, but a little propane leak can make you have the problems your telling us about.
- Grit_dogNavigatorUh oh, ole boy didn't come back!
Hope he's ok, but weird post! No real info given. - NaioExplorer IIDoctors are not normally educated on environmental toxins like new carpet or carbon monoxide, although a smart doc might be able to help you do basic troubleshooting.
If it's only been a few days, consider food poisoning. How warm does your fridge get?
Also, how are you feeling emotionally? Could these symptoms be a reaction to the stress of change, even if you are happy to be fulltiming?
I know OP is gone, but he/she might be back, or this thread might help others. - BumpyroadExplorer17 hours and folks are complaining that he hasn't been back?

Exactly. Newbies often don't realise how quickly they will get responses. - YC_1NomadSounds like Carbon Monoxide poisoning.
Are you running any propane powered heaters? Are you parked next to someone with anything burning fuel?
It can feel like severe flu symptoms and if you are nearest a window exposed to it you may be the only one. Our Hot Water Heater is near a bedroom window and we keep the propane off at night or until needed.
