I plan to purchase a new to me (or new) gas mh in exactly 13 months from now. That's when I reach 62 and can start receiving SS checks. My plans are to trade my 2000 Hurricane or sell outright. Use that money and perhaps a bit more for a down payment and use up to 100% of my SS check to pay for it.
Heretofore I have always paid cash for mh's and is a great way to go also.
