1. Downpayment - 20%.
2. Longest I could get (10 years). Paid off in 3.5.
3. Dealer-lender, which happens to be the same as my local bank.
4. $150 for a trailer.
My income varies drastically, so I always arrange loans to have the longest term and lowest required payment possible so that I can make the minimum payment when my income is low, and much larger payments when it's not.
