If you don't get it you don't get it. If things like offsetting a lease loss with depreciation, long term passive income and appreciating assets don't ring a bell then I can see why you find it amusing. But just because you don't possess the wherewithal to be an investor doesn't mean investors making a profit don't exist. There are lots of them. I could go on and on about how but it's not for everyone. Saves more for us . But it's done every day I assure you and LOTS of money made.
