They have lost the ability to spend money. It happens a lot. The issue is not if you pay cash, or finance.( as long as you don't go crazy)
The issue is this, the clock is ticking, If you have kids they are getting older, at about 16 or so most don't want to go. If you have raised your kids, you are getting older. Fear and old age starts creeping in
I say do it while you can. Use good money management skills, buy the right rig at the right price, use it till the wheels fall off. But wait to long you maybe to old, to sick or to dead to do anything.
These have been our choices, and as I look back I would not change a thing.
