With a model length at 34', actual LOA is <36' getting sites in SPs is rarely a problem. NFS & some BLM sites will be more of a problem however at under 30'LOA you should be pretty good to go.
Meeting the rest of your specs will take some time & lots of research to get down to a few possible models then the real hunt begins to find one of those few.

Thanks. Definitely getting closer with all the input from this most awesome forum. I really like the feature sets of both the Nash 17K/22H. The biggest negative I'm seeing with the Nash's is the wood vs aluminum framing.
