First Aid Kits
Can anyone recommend a good one? I already have a bottle of Makers Mark for the pain, but a kit with some more practical equipment is on the shopping list. Anyone have one the recommend?

I carry a pretty complete REI first aid kit in the RV and then have smaller ones that go cycling/hiking. I've used the one in the RV for a friend that had a nasty bike crash and opened up his face. We got him all cleaned up and sent him off to hospital to be stitched up. I tend to make additions to my kits to suit personal needs/desires. I added survival stuff to one of them in case I get caught overnight in the back country.
