Since you've only got a few more months until football season starts, think of the smaller and necessary items first... ;)
Tires for sure.. That will get you thru many more seasons. Get the most essential appliances running first.. Cleveland.. You'll probably want the furnace and fridge working at least!
Fix any obvious leaks/water issues as soon as you can too..
