look at truck's PAYLOAD first, then its towing capacity.
you need to post the specs of the Montana or at least which year and model you are thinking of buying.
as to used or new, we found that many RVs are as cheap new, as what some people want for their used RV.
the model is 2016 Montana 3791. I was told by a friend that I should buy a Ford or Chevy Diesel Dual wheel 350. My son thinks a Ram 1500 Diesel would work just fine, do you agree?
