Couple things to consider:
A 3/4 ton tow vehicle will open up a lot of options for floorplans.
We had a TT, with pretty much the same floor plan. It is true, the bathroom, as well as the bunk room, are not accessable when slide is pulled in. We also found the front bed to be a bit uncomfortable, because, mattress length (RV queen) and having a wall at both ends of the bed, made it impossible to stretch out. We are not tall people. Making the bed required running back and forth around the wall at the foot of the bed.
