- LantleyNomadI have both and use both. The Flush King seems to more effective and is my preferred method. Once in a blue moon I may flush the grey but usually just black.
- IDoMyOwnStuntsExplorerI have both. I use the Flush King just for the extra valve so I can transfer some gray water to black water. Great for camping in places where you have electric and/or water hookups but no sewer. My gray fills so fast I haven't felt the need to flush it.
- JWRobertsExplorerI've just purchased my first TT with a BWT flush and I'm sure I'll never use it. For over 25 years, I never empty the BWT until it is nearly full. Then I let the GWT get full, pull the BW valve and when the BWT is empty, pull the GWT valve.
My method probably doesn't flush the BWT as well, but it has worked for me for many years and saves water. - stripitExplorerI used both, but liked the Flush King the best. I also flushed the gray tank regularly and you would be surprised on how much soap residue sticks in the gray tank.
- tenbearExplorerAs the others have said, I have a black tank flush, in my case, a Tornado installed by me, and I have not felt the need for any other flush. I have never flushed the grey tank.
- BB_TXNomadI have a built in black tank flush and have never seen a need for anything else. Don't see any need to flush the grey tanks. 8 yrs and counting and all is fine.
- DutchmenSportExplorerI have a Flush King and a Black Tank flusher factory installed. I use the Flush King for the clear section so I can see what's coming out. I use the slide valve so I can back flush from my gray tank to the black tank. I tried using the hose once, and never tried it again. If you have the built in black tank flusher, you won't be using the "King" as a flusher. About flushing the gray tank? Never have. Just fill the tank with water from the shower and sink, and let it rip.
I use the "King" for back flushing.
