Just to really clarify... Not just the exhaust vent running in the bathroom, but a fantastic fan (exhaust) running anywhere in RV.
If not, when you first flush with the toilet bowl with water in it..does it look like there is a pressure surge up into the bowl when flapper is first opened? Bubbling up of the water? If so I'd look into the venting situation, the tank should not be under pressure at any time.
