fresh water tank.. needed?
We have gutted our tt and I am wondering if we need to put the fresh water tank and pump back in. Everywhere we camp has water hook ups at sites. New to this since we have only tent camped. Any info ...

Probably not, unless you go to sell it. Mine has a large tank, but since I overnight in FHU parks, I just don't fill it to the top. I take jugs of distilled water along for cooking and coffee wherever I am, so I only need water for flushing when on the road.
I was stuck in a two hour traffic jam on an expressway on my way to YNP one time. No trees. No houses. Nothing to hide behind when the need arose for people traveling in cars. I could have made a bundle, but I didn't want strangers in my bathroom. Other RVers probably paid off their loans that day.
