According to the place that rebuilt the cooling unit in my old TT, damage begins in as little as 15 minutes.
If you are out of level over night then you will absolutely destroy the cooling unit.
If its cold enough outside then you could just leave it off.
Maybe you could put some ice (blue ice?) in it to keep it cold overnight so you can just shut it down.
