Norcold says: "If you have a gas absorption refrigerator, normal leveling of the vehicle is sufficient. The refrigerator is made to operate within 3 degrees off level side-to-side and 6 degrees off level front-to-back (looking at the front of the refrigerator)"
Dometic says: The coach should be comfortable to live in. No noticeable sloping.
They both say, going down the road, it doesn't matter.
And if it gets out of level to the point that it quits cooling, you remove the cooling unit and turn it over for a while, then turn it upright and reinstall it. All is then good.
