I didn't check your math, but it does take quite a bit of height to be 3 degrees off. We have a 25' MH with 159" wheelbase. I brought along my digital Husky level to check this. We were in a site that was something like 1.7 degrees back to front. I put two heights of Lynx blocks under the front tires and only got it to 1.1 degree. At that point I decided to leave it be. 3 degrees would be very noticeable IMO.
I've made an executive decision with this new RV to stop trying to get perfectly level the way I used to. If it's comfortable and reasonable, that's good enough. Ask me in ten years how the fridge liked it. :)
