fridge Frosting up on the metal fins inside, its been on for about 3 weeks or more, is this normal? How can I keep it from doing it, or can you?

Haha, i actually turned mine down, thought maybe it was too cold! Milk is too cold to chug. There is just a sensor clipped on one of the fins that slides up and down on the fin to adjust temp. Not sure how accurate that is, lol!
