Every RV owner knows, or should know, that a gas absorption fridge must be "level" anytime the it's being operated and the rig is not moving. This debate over what is "level" is silly as it doesn't take any more effort to truly level any rig front-to-back and side-to-side than it does to "sort of" level it. :R Good grief, if you're going to level it at all then there's no reason to not get it as close as you can, regardless of whatever tolerance your particular fridge may have for operating off level. As far as the OP's situation is concerned it seems damage to the fridge cooling unit, which is accumulative, is already done. :E At this point his best course of action is to level his rig ASAP but if performance doesn't improve he might as well start saving for a new one as there's no secret here - run any gas absorption fridge off level long enough and it's only a matter of time before that cooling unit will fail. :(
