The RVIA seal certifies nothing officially, it's just a sticker where the manufacturer certifies itself. There are no RVIA inspectors inspecting anything in RV plants.
It may certify your plumbing will leak because they used incompatible fittings between flex tubing and vinyl tubing or forgot to glue abs joints, your breakers may kick because of loose connections, or your cheap plastic cage fan in furnace or AC might self destruct. That seal is nothing more than eye candy.
