You be able to find something in that price range, used of course. Lots of late model trailers out there for sale. We paid 16K out the door for our 2004 Aljo 25ft trailer. The 25 footer is ideal for 2 people IMO. We kept it for 10 years and sold it for 6K to friends and it's still a good trailer and they use the heck out of it. 15K will get you something pretty nice used IMO, heck, there's nice rigs out there for 10K.
One word of advice, make sure it has a slide out. Wouldn't own a trailer with out one.
