Lots of choices in this size range. The weights will vary more than you might expect and you pay a premium for a lighter weight one that uses more metal in its construction.
Start with the square footage you want, storage needs, size of holding tanks for fresh and waste water, size of fridge, type of bath/shower (wet or dry), and number of batteries and LPG tanks it can carry. All these factors affect usability for extended use both in campgrounds with hookups and when boondocking.
Lots of advantages to find a trailer for sell by people who are not upgrading and will include all the gear and accessories they have used. It will save you a lot of money and time and effort doing this yourself.
I would expect a used Airstream trailer to cost the most upfront but cost less in the long run with its higher value when you go to sell it.
