Check out an electric grill. Only uses about 1500 watts; I carry an extension cord and plug directly into the 30am service with adapter or 110 if available at power pole. Add smoke chips container and SET the thermostat so you move about, visit, etc. without constantly watching for flame ups and overcooking.
