I do not think you can go wrong with a Weber and is what I use at home and planed to buy for the camper. That was until my neigbur who camps with us showed us this one in action.

Cooks even, runs much hotter then any smaller BBQ I have seen and all parts are stainless steel. Below are pictures of my conversion from the tank connect to the quick connect.
