i preferred truck lanes for diesel. Designed for big rigs, much simpler. F250 only had a 24 gallon tank so at 10mpg not a very effective range. As mentioned, truck lanes require that brand of reward type card to not have to go in and prepay first.
Even if I didn't have the card and have to walk in and give them cc info the truck lane was still much easier.
