Been all over the US many times. We,ve been in gas stations where we barely made it in or out. Not worth the trouble. We look for trucker stops but not flying J or T?A if we can avoid them do to the prices. Many truck stops along the interstates.
We normally use the fuel area for semis as they are so much easier in and out. We also use DEF so that is by far the best and cheapest for that.
I always have a pair of gloves handy for fueling no matter where I do it.
