Hail Damage
Old man winter wanted to remind me that the weather still sucks! Broke both vent covers. I'd put a photo up but not sure how to do so.

I had that happen 2 years ago. My deductible is $1000, so I just spent the $20 bucks and bought a new one on Amazon and replaced it myself. If you can get on your roof, they are easy to replace. It helps to have someone inside too, but I did it all by myself.
