IMO, probably the lowest maintenance for small travel trailers (and many of these definitely are small!) are the all-fiberglass molded campers like Casitas, Scamp, Egg Campers (now defunct), etc. If you look for used ones, you'll find they hold their value quite well, which is nice if you're selling but not so nice if you're buying.
Don't be misled, though; any RV needs at least some maintenance on an ongoing basis.
