If you're cooling the MH or whatever tow vehicle you use, it would be best if you could have the business stuff in there with you. AC uses a lot of power. Not sure if you could run a generator in the TV to power AC in the toad, practically speaking; you would need a 115v line between the vehicles.
A truck and travel trailer or fifth wheel, new, could cost what you are looking at for a used MH. But there still are plenty of people driving MHs, and to them it's worth the money. So do what you want. But find a MH with storage space for your business stuff, IMO.
