We do about 20 craft shows a year with a small Class C towing a 10' cargo trailer and have to do 10-12 shows a year to make the to make the motorhome pay for itself. More than that and we are ahead of doing it like we used to in hotels and such. I think you would be better of towing the vehicle you have now with a class A if you can fit all of your show stuff in it. There are some convention centers and street shows that we won't do because we have to bring the motorhome and trailer in and it's just too much of a PITA. Also finding parking for a larger rig during the show can be challenging in the heart of big cities. Some cities we have to stay away from because the lots won't allow rigs even the size of ours in. I know several vendors who have class A's that tow cargo vans with all their show stuff in it. I needed they can stay at the closest RV park and then just drive their show vehicle in to setup. If there are facilities to stay at where the show is they can still get a lot closer to the halls than I can with their vans - sometimes even driving inside. I suggest listing all the shows that you have done in the past and think how the load in would have been and where you would have parked during the show if you had a larger rig. The reason we went the way we did was strictly monetary. We already had the trailer and a we would need a sprinter van to fit all of our booth in as well as paying much more for a Class A. There just wasn't enough meat on the bone in our case to go larger like my some of my colleagues have. On the other end of the scale there are a few jewelers that I know that fly like you do. They can do a show in LA and two days later be in NYC doing the next show. You can fit alot of shows in that way.Just some thoughts, Jeff.
