Maybe the stuff talked about in the quote above is not the inventory, but stuff like tents/display tables, etc.
If the stuff that needs to be kept cool can be put in the TH refridgerator, you could consider that. You can run it while traveling. You could also consider getting a high end cooler like a Yeti, or carry the must be kept cool stuf in the truck cab's back seat.
Honestly, if I towed the range rover, the bulk of the show stuff could stay in the back, unload by dolly, couple of boxes of inventory to transfer, nothing is totally unmanageable or unwieldy.
