My wife's aunt and uncle have a craft business and they are constantly traveling to craft shows to sell their stuff. They use a toyhauler. Lots of room in the back and lots of floorplan options these days that can give you some awesome living space once the cargo is unloaded. As mentioned though the ramp would not hold up to a forklift. However the floor could be modified to add a roller rack that could slide out to the back so that a pallet could be unloaded without it being slid across a floor and the forklift wouldn't require entry.
