OK Plasma....
Now I have a whole picture including the issues.
I would like to suggest two possible solutions.
1 - Get a MH you like a lot and a van large enough to transport the display material. Set said van up for towing and have a line powered A/C unit installed in the roof. If it is warn, run the coach APU (genset) to power the van A/C by means of an extension cord. Now, get to a campground near the destination, unhook the van and take it to the show. It is your transportation without having to fight traffic with the coach.
=> Problem: If your show is not near an open campground, you will have to fall back 5 yards and Punt.
2 - Get a 5th wheel toy hauler and a comfortable two vehicle. You will have to go directly to the show venue to unload, but then you can take the 5er to a campground and run the TV back to the show venue.
=> 2 Problems - First same as above for CG availability, Second is you will have to drive the 5er to the show venue twice. Traffic issues there.
Good thing about both plans...
Think of all the stuff that will be deductible. Mileage and repairs (your probably will want to do real cost of fuel and service). If you divert to a non-business stop that is not an overnight stay, only the diversion can be tagged as non-business and then you may choose to take that percentage off the total. If it is an overnight stay, it must be part of the essential travel.
My coach was my office, meeting room, restaurant, electronic instrument repair shop, tool crib and occasional motel for a number of years before it became our RV.

Love where your heads at here! In looking at our show dates, all but one venue in 2014 has rv parking and hookups out back :)
