Sounds very doable and a great way to do your thing.

Hubby and I travel several (OR more) months per year doing juried art shows.

I am not sure about your "gathering a crowd" and selling in towns...you didn't say what your product is but I think most towns would frown on that. Even campgrounds might.

Toyhauler sounds like your ticket.
